SHIPPING - DELIVERIES - LEAD TIMES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - RETURNS & WARRANTIES POLICY:

PROCESSING:
Our current domestic order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandising. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through to the warehouse very quickly, so it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes to the order once it has been placed.

SHIPMENT LEAD TIMES:
Please note that orders placed after 12:00PM Pacific Time will ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays. In Many cases your order will ship the same day as ordered however, this service is not guaranteed.  Some products are build-to-order.  If this is the case, lead times are indicated in the item description at the part level.  Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Orders with express shipping selected (2-day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

APO/FPO & PO BOXES:
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, at this time. If you try to ship to this type of address, your order will not be shipped until we have contacted you to get an alternate address. We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We currently ship to the following Countries: United States 48 contiguous states, Canada & Puerto Rico. 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES:
If your UPS/Fedex or USPS package is returned to back to the warehouse, you will be credited back for the order item total not including shipping. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on PJsPerformance.com.

DELIVERY:
We understand that you may have not received the package personally, but any delivery made under normal circumstances to the shipping address provided by the customer, a member of said household, mailbox, PO Box, or postal container will be considered fulfilled. We cannot be responsible for the package once it reaches its destination.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by contacting us by phone or email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MUST HAVE THE SAME BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS:
For PJsPerformance.com to maintain such incredible pricing passed directly to our customers, we must maintain a "NO FRAUDULENT" order policy.  All orders will be quarantined for 21 business days after completion of credit card processing prior to shipping with the selected carrier.  We do this to ensure bank processing has completed and no credit card fraud has occurred.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES DO NOT ORDINARILY INCLUDE PACKAGE TRACKING:
USPS First Class International Shipping does not include package tracking outside of the United States. Looking up your Customs Number on the USPS.com will show you the progress of your package up to its last location inside of the US. From there, it is up to the receiving country and its postal system to continue package tracking. USPS Priority International Shipping and USPS Express Mail Shipping do include package tracking that is provided by a third party.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES CAN VARY DRASTICALLY:
Please note that in some cases, an international package may reach its destination fairly quickly. In other cases, it may get caught up in customs, be delayed by local postal systems, or even get lost by the receiving country's postal system. PJsPerformance.com is not responsible for ANY international shipping delays beyond its control - we obviously have no influence over foreign governments or their postal systems. We have seen international packages, even going to countries very close to the US, take over 60 days to be delivered. While this is not ordinarily the case, please be aware that packages can be delayed for many reasons.

PJsPerformance.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES:
PJsPerformance.com's goal is to provide good service at an affordable price. We feel we easily meet those guidelines. Any pre-paid import duties, taxes, or fees would drastically increase our shipping costs - these costs would then be transferred to the customer. Our current shipping prices do NOT include an upcharge for pre-paid duties, taxes, or fees. All international customers are solely responsible for any fees that may arise.

ANY SHIPMENT LISTED BY THE SHIPPING AGENT AS DELIVERED WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE:
All trackable packages that are listed as delivered, and with suitable tracking information entered into their tracking systems, will be considered delivered and our obligations will be considered fulfilled. We understand that you may have not received the package personally, but any delivery made under normal circumstances to the shipping address provided by the customer, a member of said household, mailbox, PO Box, or postal container will be considered fulfilled. We cannot be responsible for the package once it reaches its destination.

Return & Exchange Warranty Disclaimers:
PJ'sPerformance.com takes great pride in manufacturing and reselling products from the highest quality goods and from the most reputable manufacturers serving the automotive community.  Should you have any issues with your product please read the following and proceed:

    • Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order.
    • A copy of the order invoice MUST accompany ALL returns and exchanges to be valid for processing.
    • All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
    • Items showing signs of wear or damage will NOT be accepted for return or exchange processing.
    • Original shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties associated with any return or exchange merchandise.
    • Missing components or damages MUST be claimed within 5 business days of package delivery date.
    • All shipping damage claims MUST be filed by Gripforce.com. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
    • Please keep all shipping cartons, packaging material, and components of the order to verify during carrier inspection.
    • Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed not in accordance to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
    • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
    • Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
    • We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened.returned item.
    • During claim period, any or all questions should be directed to your specific claim representative at PJsPerformance.com.
